Product Delivery

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping, and the package must be sent within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal, following the methods and address provided by CUBIZE S.r.l. If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the indicated methods and terms, the seller will refund the amounts already collected for the purchase of the products. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days from the date on which the seller becomes aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, subject to verification of compliance with the above-mentioned rules. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the seller.
Warranties and Non-conformities:
